After the high of Week 4, somehow, week 5 was not as exhilarating. I found it a struggle to wake up most mornings but I still got myself to the gym. Last week was the first mini-milestone week of 12WBT. It’s the week where in addition to weighing ourselves, we redo our measurements and also our fitness test. It’s been three weeks of 12WBT so far. Week 1 and 2 were quite good {even though I didn’t update Week 2}. At the end of Week 2, I went away for the weekend for a wedding down the south coast. On Monday the 6th of February, I officially commenced my 12WBT journey. I had prepared my meals on the Saturday {as I was going to be out of the house on Sunday} and was ready and raring to go at 4:50 on Monday morning.
