Week 4 of #12WBT February 2017

Last week was the first mini-milestone week of 12WBT. It’s the week where in addition to weighing ourselves, we redo our measurements and also our fitness test. This week, when I weighed in on Wednesday, I found out I lost 400 grams from last week which makes it a total of 2 kilos. Here are the rest of my measurements:

In terms of my fitness test, here are the results:

My meals this past week were up and down. It’s only because we had a planning day at work on Tuesday which meant we had lunch outside and also had morning tea provided. I still stuck to my 1200 calories however but just not the meal plan. Consequently, there aren’t many photos of my meals but I did love the Kangaroo with mashed pumpkin and mango-ginger glaze.

It’s onwards and upwards for Week 5. Here’s hoping I continue to get fitter and stronger and healthier.

    Fantastic effort! I have been doing a lot more walking lately as I noticed that I’ve gained a bit of weight over the Christmas/holiday period. I am trying to eat healthier too.

    Good girl and HUGE move on the measurements which is more important. I’ve seriously fallen off the wagon for three weeks and am avoiding the scales. Next week is a new week!

      Thank you…The weighing scale movements are so slow for me but T’m taking heart in the measurements and noticing when my clothes get looser…
